Meet Samantha.

Associate Therapist

Having spent a meaningful part of my career in retail management and product merchandising in New York City, my passion for helping others to create meaningful change and overcome challenges with confidence and resilience led me to become a therapist.

In my work, I help clients build healthy boundaries, boost confidence, and make decisions that align with the life they desire.

Therapy is a journey of growth, and I believe it’s possible to enjoy life while evolving through transitions and challenges. Whether you're managing anxiety, healing from trauma, or seeking more balance, my goal is to support you in gaining the tools and clarity to move forward with strength.

I bring a range of life experiences to my practice—including career changes and balancing work with family life as a wife and mother of two. Living in downtown Manhattan, I understand the demands of personal growth in a fast-paced city.

From a strengths-based and collaborative perspective, my practice integrates a range of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to effectively address each client’s individualized needs.

I received my graduate degree from Fordham University. I also received my undergraduate degree from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York

Together, we can work toward creating a life that feels fulfilling, balanced, and aligned with your true goals.
